During the act of painting, or once finished, the work often suggests something to me and that is how I choose my titles. However, I try not direct the viewer too clearly or cut off other interpretations. I have always experienced an excitement when I see certain colours or shapes, either natural or man-made. Ultimately, it is this thrill I work to recreate in my paintings and communicate to others.
