SALLY CHUPICK

FRAMEWORKS GALLERY ARTIST

Mostly my inspiration for subject matter comes from light. It effects not only what we see but how we feel about things... the way it infuses itself across undulating landscapes, peeking between sky holes of trees, and changing the common to the unexpected. A challenge is finding a harmony in complexity, mixing what I see and what I want to see. My goal is to evoke the sensation, the feeling, the atmosphere, the mood. Mostly my work is representational. I work in watercolours and oils.
